At Mosafy, every product is custom-made especially for you 💛 Because our photo mosaics are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

1. Personalized Products

Our photo mosaics are created using the photos you provide. Please carefully check your order details and preview before completing your purchase. Cancellation is only possible before production has started, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. This policy does not limit your rights if your product is defective, arrives damaged, or does not match your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take great care to deliver your artwork in excellent condition. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help. If your frame arrives damaged, your mosaic is printed incorrectly, or the print has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement or an appropriate reprint following review. There are no additional costs to you for an approved replacement or reprint. Where appropriate or required by applicable law, we will provide a refund.

How to Report an Issue

• Please report the issue within 14 days of delivery. For shipping damage, contact us as soon as possible.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Please keep the product and packaging while we review your request. Do not return your product before contacting us for instructions. The 14-day reporting period helps us resolve issues promptly and does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
