🖼️ Creating Your Mosaic

Once your order is complete, we get to work turning your photos into a unique photo mosaic filled with your favorite memories.

• Digital mosaics: Usually delivered to your email inbox within 24 hours.
• Physical mosaics: Production typically takes 1–2 business days.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

After production, your order is shipped from Texas, USA.

• Delivery within the United States takes up to 5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• During busy periods, such as the holidays, delivery may take longer. We recommend ordering early for special occasions 💛

Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

🎁 Always Free Shipping

All orders within the United States ship for free, with no minimum purchase required.

You won’t pay any additional shipping fees at checkout or afterward.

❗ Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived, please contact us. We’ll check its status and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we’ll notify you and offer the option to accept a revised shipping date or cancel your order for a full refund.
